Terms and Conditions:

General:

  • Payments for all extras (breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages, laundry, etc) can be paid via credit card, debit card, or cash.
  • Our check-in times are between 14h00 – 22h00.
  • Unfortunately, for security reasons we cannot allow any guests’ visitors on our premises unless prior arrangements are made with management.
  • In order to respect all guests, we do not tolerate any form of loud noise on our premises.
  • No pets allowed on our premises, expect for service dogs.
  • New arrivals can check into their rooms from 14h00, guests may arrive earlier and leave their luggage at reception, but access to rooms will normally not be granted until after 14h00 to allow for cleaning.
  • Late check-in after our closing time at 22h00 is not possible unless special arrangements have been made with us in advance. Please also note that you will forfeit your reservation and no refund given if arriving after 22h00 without prior arrangements.
  • Early check-in before 14h00 / late check-out after 10h00 can be pre-arranged, but please take note that this service is subject to a surcharge. Departing guests must remove all their belongings from their room by 10h00.
  • If you need to store your luggage on the day of your departure, please arrange it with reception.
  • We also serve dinner. Please note dinner needs to be booked in advance as we need to prepare accordingly.
  • Children under 3 – no charge for breakfast.
  • Children 3 to 6 – half price on all meals.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a reservation being cancelled or the period of stay reduced, any discount will be subject to revision.

  • Only Written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgment of cancellations from reservations.
  • Reservations which are cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival will be fully refundable.
  • Reservations which are cancelled within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% cancellation fee of the first night’s stay.
  • No-Show is the non-arrival of a GUEST without prior notification to the Guesthouse.  In the case of a no-show a 100% no-show fee of the total booked value will be charged.
  • In the event of a premature departure the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
  • Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretions of management and the ability to re-let the rooms.
